Overview
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Luxury Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury watches, strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This role requires delivering a premium shopping experience, providing expert advice, and helping clients find the perfect timepiece.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand’s values and standards.
* Develop and maintain expert knowledge of luxury watch brands, models, complications, and industry trends.
* Actively engage with clients, providing personalised advice and guidance on watch selection.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business.
* Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
* Assist with visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor meets brand presentation standards.
* Support stock management, including inventory, stock replenishment, and product care.
* Participate in in-store events, launches, and client experiences.
Key Requirements
* Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or jewellery.
* Strong knowledge and passion for watches, horology, and luxury brands.
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Strong sales skills with a proven ability to achieve targets.
* Professional appearance and demeanor.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in [insert languages if required].
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
