Ft Energy are looking for an Junior Engineer / Office Administrator to join our team due to the growth in the company.
Duties will include:
Managing day to day operations of the office
Job scheduling
Sourcing stock/materials
Providing quotations
Providing secretarial support to the Director
Managing incoming and outgoing calls
Managing email accounts
Liaising with customers in an effective and efficient manner
Handling and completion of Grant applications for both solar PV and EV chargers
General administration duties
The ideal candidate will have:
Flexible approach to all areas of the role, with a can-do attitude is essential.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience in the construction/electrical industry, an advantage
This role is flexible part time working hours up to 30 hours per week.
Monday - Friday
Possible option to work some hours from home
Pay based on experience
