Job Title: Senior Site Manager
Role Overview:
* Lead a large construction project from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Oversee site operations, maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Develop and implement project programmes, budgets, and resource plans to drive successful project outcomes.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams, fostering collaborative relationships.
* Liaise closely with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
* Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
* Ensure effective procurement, cost control, and contract administration.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to on-site staff, promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements: Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline; 8+ years of experience in construction management; strong understanding of construction processes, project programming, and commercial management.
