**Job Overview**
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Counter Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Brow and Beauty Experts to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to deliver outstanding results. They will also have a strong understanding of beauty products and services, as well as the ability to build relationships with customers and drive sales growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Manage a team of Brow and Beauty Experts to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Lead daily team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer experience
• Ensure that all counter and display areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Manage stock levels and report any concerns to management
• Participate in promotional events and activities to drive sales and engagement
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in the beauty industry
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of beauty products and services
• Ability to build relationships with customers and drive sales growth
• Experience in managing teams and driving results
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
