Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering core people initiatives during a period of organisational change.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Group HR Director to create practical frameworks for Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Organisational Design.
You will ensure that structures are clear, consistent, and supportive of growth by focusing on key areas such as:
* Supporting the roll-out of a Group-wide L&D framework
* Managing training processes and consolidating TNA outcomes for planning
* Maintaining L&D metrics and governance standards
* Assisting with organisational design projects, job architecture, role profiles, grading, and competency updates
* Coordinating talent mapping, succession planning activities, and documentation for reviews and calibration
* Helping design and deliver workshops for managers and providing tools that support job evaluation and career discussions
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in L&D
* Strong understanding of job architecture, grading frameworks, succession planning, and talent mapping
* Strong analytical capability
