Key Accountabilities
We’re looking for a commercially focused Sales Manager to lead the growth of the business in Ireland. You’ll be selling a range of functional ingredients into food manufacturing customers, managing existing accounts while actively developing new business opportunities.
Working closely with internal teams, you’ll stay informed on competitor activity, market trends, and innovation. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires someone who can comfortably operate cross-functionally with commercial, NPD, and technical colleagues to drive value and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Personal Profile
Strong B2B sales and/or key account management experience within the food, ingredients, or FMCG sectors Knowledge of functional ingredients or value-added B2B food solutions is highly desirable Self-motivated and confident in developing new business, as well as nurturing existing relationships Excellent communicator, able to influence and collaborate internally and externally Based in or near the Dublin area, with flexibility to travel to customer sites across Ireland
