Legal PA with strong background in Litigation is required for a global firm based in Dublin 2.
Our client is seeking someone with a minimum of three years working in Commercial Litigation who is confident in producing documents and very familiar with the Courts system.
You will be the type of Legal PA who likes to get involved with files and you may even have worked as a Legal Executive in your career.

Dublin 2 location close to Green line Luas, several bus routes Your responsibilities will include: Preparation of trial documents including hearing booklets and pleadings.
Diary management, scheduling of meetings and travel booking for Partner and team including tracking court deadlines.
Full administration of the billing process including liaising with team for timesheets and outstanding bills.
Administration of hard copy documents and post.
Assisting with ongoing maintenance of client files file closing, archiving, issuing engagement letters and updating of client contacts.
Suitable candidates will have: Minimum of three years working as a Legal PA / Secretary/ Executive in Commercial Litigation.
Strong billing experience.
Experience preparing and knowledge of court documents and the courts system.
