Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Benelux & Nordics Platform Management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships, closing business direct and through channel partners, creating and executing campaigns, driving growth, and over-achieving on revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and close high-velocity inbound opportunities from channel partners/distribution and current accounts.
* Finding, developing, and closing sales opportunities alongside the Inside Sales team.
* Co-own sales achievement goals against a specified territory and team quota.
* Proactively prospecting customers to identify net new business opportunities and develop relationships via cold calling and own pipeline activities.
* Owning and managing the sales cycle for assigned accounts, leveraging a value-based selling approach.
* Maintaining accurate forecast and activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
* Identifying customer/partners needs/requirements, and recommending the appropriate products and solutions.
* Maintaining awareness of market conditions and competitors' products and pricing, and keeping up-to-date on knowledge of the company.
* Remaining up-to-date on new products and services offerings.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience within a channel/inside sales/renewals role (technology, software, B2B, etc.).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft.
* Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
* Ability to work independently and as a team player.
* Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Creating and nurturing strong collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and sales team members.
* Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent third-level qualification.
* Strong presentation and critical thinking skills.
* Fluent English and Dutch a bonus.
