6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant in Ireland Requirements for agency care staff: Positive attitude Recent experience in working in healthcare environment Ability to take initiative Excellent communication skills Provide high quality healthcare to ensure patient safety and work within scope of practice at all times Patient reporting in a timely manner and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation Participate as a team member in all aspects of resident's/patient care.
