Senior Building Services Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Services Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent people skills and be able to work effectively in partnership with various stakeholders. They will be responsible for designing, managing, and coordinating production of all Building Services systems, including HVAC, Utilities, Plumbing, and Fire Protection for large-scale projects.
Key responsibilities include leading the design from concept to handover, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), and further developing our design capability. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a collaborative BIM environment and be proficient in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong track record of delivering high-value input to cutting-edge designs. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and support your team members.

Qualifications include:
* 10+ years' experience in the design of Building Services systems, preferably in a consultancy environment in the pharmaceutical or allied sectors
* Competent in design software such as Fluid Flow or Pipe-Flo
* Honours degree (NFQ Level 8 for Ireland) preferably in Building Services or Mechanical engineering
* Experience of working in a collaborative BIM environment
