MCS group is delighted to be working with a fast growing software company to recruit a Marketing and Sales Executive to join their growing team and contribute to the 2025 business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Support
* Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media
* Contribute to event organisation, including in person and virtual events across Ni and ROI.
* Support content creation for our WordPress Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, Blogs and PR
* Track and report campaign performance, providing insights to optimise strategies
* Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure aligned messaging, branding, and promotional activities
Sales Support
* Quoting: Prepare and send quotes to customers, ensuring all pricing and product details are accurate
* Order Processing: Manage orders via email or phone, ensuring data accuracy in orders and invoices
* Customer Interaction: Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Coordination: Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries of equipment or services
Essential:
* 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/sales support role B2B
* 1-2 years experience with social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter)
* 1-2 years working with MS Office, WordPress CMS, Canva, MailChimp and GA4
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A collaborative mindset with a high level of dedication and ability to work to deadlines.
* Ambition to assist in both Sales and Marketing roles, with flexibility to grow with the business needs
