We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospital Pharmacist to join our team on a 12-month temporary basis in Cork City. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical pharmacy skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Pharmacy Services: Providing high-quality patient care through the checking of medications and responding to medicine queries.
* A minimum of three years post-registration hospital pharmacy experience.
* Professional registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland required.
