* Lead kick-off and alignment meetings to establish shared expectations and responsibilities.
* Maintain accurate project data in ERP systems to support informed decision-making.
* Build and lead effective project teams, balancing resources and resolving conflicts when they arise.
* Oversee site entry requirements and ensure compliance with customer protocols.
* Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
* Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and quality standards throughout project execution.
* Capture lessons learned and close out projects with full documentation and customer acceptance.

What We're Looking For

* A degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls preferred), or relatable work experience

* Proven track record managing automation or engineering projects with multi-disciplinary teams.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools.
* Happy to work across a variety of locations, including working away for periods of time.

Personal Qualities

* Confident negotiator and communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Technically adept, with solid commercial awareness.
* Customer-focused, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships.
