They are looking for an experienced accountant to join their team. the role will involve: Develop and implement financial and management accounting controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the company. Support the interpretation and analysis of financial reports, focusing on key performance indicators. Continuously evaluate product performance and profit margins to inform strategic decisions on pricing and product offerings. Oversee the stock recording system to ensure real-time accuracy of inventory levels. Maintain strong financial oversight and internal controls across the organization. Prepare annual budgets and cash flow forecasts to support financial planning. Manage cash flow, including monitoring actuals and projections to ensure liquidity. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of returns. Act as the primary liaison with external financial advisors on all finance-related matters. Coordinate and finalize the year-end audit process. Regularly review and manage company overheads to optimize cost efficiency. Lead and manage the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.
