Billing Process Improvement Specialist
We are seeking a billing process improvement specialist to join our finance department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management and Service Delivery: Coordinate the team service levels and workload, identify training needs, coach and mentor team members, drive and manage the team to achieve targeted metrics 'KPIs', conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
* Process Development and Reporting: Provide insight into existing processes and potential scope for automation, develop reporting and dashboards to monitor key metrics and drive process improvement, provide regular reports to the billing manager on all billing activity on a weekly & monthly basis, develop and implement initiatives to deliver improved productivity and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in a fast-moving environment, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, high level of proficiency in MS Excel, and experience working in energy, telecoms, or other regulated industries is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
* Professional certifications such as certified public accountant (CPA), chartered financial analyst (CFA), or certified management accountant (CMA) are highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
