Lead Retail Sales Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven retail sales manager to lead our store team in achieving exceptional sales performance.
1. Drive ongoing retail store sales growth by exceeding targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
2. Maintain high-quality visual merchandising standards that align with seasonal changes and promotional events, creating an attractive store environment.
3. Develop and manage a strong team of staff, volunteers, and social activation scheme employees to deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive work atmosphere.
4. Ensure adequate staffing levels at all times to meet business needs and trading periods, guaranteeing seamless customer experiences.
5. Oversee the presentation and quality of goods on offer, maintaining a clean and professional store appearance at all times.
6. Take responsibility for donated goods, ensuring proper pricing, ticketing, cleaning, ironing, and stock rotation for optimal display.
7. Manage shop accounting procedures, including banking, till receipts, transactions, and cash handling practices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
8. Secure and manage inventory, as well as equipment and fittings, within the shop and extended premises.
9. Support and promote fundraising events, both in-store and within the community, enhancing the Vision Ireland brand reputation.
10. Promote the Vision Ireland brand through local channels while adhering to cost-effective principles and maintaining brand consistency.
11. Ensure health and safety adherence, incorporating training, fire procedure maintenance, and upkeep of safety and first aid equipment to protect staff and customers.
