We are now looking for a Personal Lines Executive to join the team. This is a client-facing role where you will manage motor and household insurance policies while helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence.
What You'll Do
1. Act as the main point of contact for clients' motor and home insurance queries.
2. Provide quotes, process renewals, and make updates to existing policies.
3. Assist clients with claims and ensure their experience is smooth and stress-free.
4. Support clients throughout the insurance process, giving clear guidance and expert advice.
5. Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.
What We're Looking For
6. More than 1 year experience in a Personal Lines insurance role - is a must
7. APA Personal Insurance - is a must
8. Knowledge of personal lines insurance, including motor, home, van, and travel.
9. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping clients.
10. Self-motivated, organised, and able to thrive in a team environment.
