* Guiding and empowering Deputy Managers and Coordinators to achieve their full potential.
* Supporting the Senior Leadership Team and reporting directly to the Director.
* Managing Tusla CICs and Core Funding compliance processes effectively.
* Handling complaints professionally and acting as the Designated Liaison Person.
* Leading on recruitment, hiring, contracts, and annual leave management.
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 6 years of experience in childcare or a related management position, along with skills and qualifications that include:
* Proven leadership and motivation skills.
* Experience managing TUSLA inspections and ensuring compliance.
* Clear communication and empathy.
