Specialist Endoscopy Nurse Leader Position Available
This role involves leading a team of experienced endoscopy nurses and supporting patient care in a specialist area.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team to ensure high-quality patient care.
2. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain best practices.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
4. Effectively manage resources.
Requirements:
* 5 years post-qualification experience as an endoscopy nurse.
* At least 2 years’ experience in the specialty area.
* Management qualification desirable.
