About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, office based team member to join our growing company in a varied and hands on role supporting our day to day operations, customer administration and limited marketing activities.
This is a genuinely cross functional position and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes ownership of their workload, and is comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams. No two days are the same, and the successful candidate will become a key part of the team with the opportunity to develop across administration, operations, customer support and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Stock and inventory management
Order processing and fulfilment
Purchase order management
Logistics and coordination of inbound and outbound deliveries
Handling customer account and order queries
Invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable administration
Supporting account management activities
Website updates and content publishing using our content management system
Drafting and scheduling the email newsletter
Assisting with blog posts, case studies and LinkedIn content
Carrying out background research to support content and marketing activity
Maintaining the content calendar and helping with basic SEO and reporting
Day to day administration of our CRM and email marketing platform, for example HubSpot
General customer support and administration
Office coordination and operational support
The Ideal Candidate
Previous office administration or office management experience
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
Good communication and customer service skills
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
Strong computer literacy and confidence using office systems
Experience with invoicing or accounting systems, or CRM platforms, is an advantage
Marketing or website content experience is beneficial but not essential
Confident writing clear, well structured copy is an advantage

Salary: Dependant on experience
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30
Annual leave: 25 days per annum

Location and Eligibility
This is a fully office based role in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15, and is not available on a remote or hybrid basis, so candidates should be within reasonable commuting distance.
Applicants must already hold unrestricted, full legal permission to work in Ireland on a full time, permanent basis. Unfortunately we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role, so applicants who require current or future sponsorship cannot be considered.
