About Us
Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion welcomes visitors today and was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. The hotel joined the TMR Hotel Collection, including Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Harveys Point, Mount Wolseley & Aghadoe Heights, under the guidance of Windward Management. Role & Responsibilities
* Complete duties as requested by the Night Manager.
* Perform night porter duties.
* Check‑ins & check‑outs following hotel procedures.
* Ensure security checks are completed on a nightly basis.
* Promote a helpful and professional image at all times and give full co‑operation to any guest requiring assistance, with a prompt caring and helpful attitude.
* Handle all room service calls quickly and efficiently.
* Maintain the upkeep and appearance of the lobby and main hotel entrance.
* Perform light cleaning of the hotel entrance by picking up litter and emptying ashtrays & sweeping.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
* Availability to work shifts through the night during the week, weekends and public holidays.
* Ability to work part/full time days.
