They assess architecture requirements, communicate technical solutions, and provide a delivery framework for end‑to‑end solutions.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate solution design, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable integrations with Salesforce platform and other enterprise applications.Architect solutions addressing security complexities, data migration, and large data volume considerations.Develop and maintain integration architecture blueprints.Technical LeadershipGuide development teams on platform technology usage.Identify and mitigate technical risks across the architecture.Perform code reviews and ensure quality implementations.Handle numerous projects/priorities using proven project management methodologies and sound development practices to ensure quality delivery of enterprise solutions.Maintain security across applications.Identify scope of improvements in performance within the applications.Integration ExpertiseFamiliarity with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.Design interfaces between systems and recommend appropriate integration components.Job QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.Experience with object-oriented design patterns and multiple development languages.Familiarity with globalization considerations and platform‑specific design patterns.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I or II, App Builder, Administrator, AI Associate/Specialist, Architect).Solid experience in Salesforce Lightning development.Knowledge of common integration patterns and tools such as ETL.Hands‑on experience with Salesforce.com web service, WSDL, SOQL & SOSL, Apex, and related technologies.Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax and jQuery.Ability to work with Salesforce Community Cloud, LWR framework, or other collaboration tools.Knowledge of DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes.5+ years experience in SFDC service cloud and/or SFDC customer community with technical implementation and day‑to‑day operations.Additional Skills/PreferencesExcellent communication skills and confident in presenting technical solutions to business.Experience documenting technical design.Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from an operational and technical perspective.Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.Additional InformationCadence is committed to equal employment opportunity and employment equity throughout all levels of the organization.
