Hotel Revenue Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our revenue management strategy, oversee day-to-day yield operations, and drive competitive benchmark studies.

* Conduct daily analysis of room inventory, adjust pricing strategies accordingly, and provide regular performance reports.
* Develop and manage weekly forecasts, monthly performance evaluations, and quarterly property reviews to ensure optimal revenue growth.
* Oversee the development and implementation of distribution strategies for third-party partners.
* Evaluate the performance of our distribution partners and contracted rates to maximize revenue potential.
