Job Title: Senior Health and Safety Professional
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Health and Safety Professional to join our team. As a key member of our health and safety consultancy, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring that their health and safety needs are met.
You will work closely with our operations team to schedule health and safety visits, deliver services, and manage client relationships. Your goal will be to provide a valued service throughout the client lifecycle.
Your role will involve conducting thorough health and safety audits and inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining ISO management systems, supporting audits, and liaising with external bodies.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior health and safety role
* Strong skills in health and safety management, particularly in the UK and Ireland
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in developing and implementing ISO systems and policies
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Others:
Relevant qualifications in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or equivalent, would be highly desirable. A full UK driving license and willingness to travel throughout Ireland are also essential.
