Role Overview
On behalf of our client, a premier purpose-built childcare facility in Co. Kildare, Match Recruitment is seeking a qualified and passionate Childcare Practitioner. Key Responsibilities
* Educational Delivery: Provide developmentally appropriate care and education in line with Aistear and Siolta best practice frameworks.
* Holistic Development: Support the physical, emotional, and cognitive growth of children through engaging, play-based learning activities.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with children, their families, and your colleagues.
* Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain daily routines while ensuring all health, safety, and regulatory requirements (Tusla) are strictly followed.
* Environment: Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and confidence in every child.
Candidate Profile
* Qualifications: Minimum QQI Level 5 (or higher) in Childcare / Early Learning and Care.
* Experience: Previous experience working within a professional childcare setting is essential.
* Attributes: A kind, caring, and patient nature with a genuine interest in early years development.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
* Motivation: A self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to early years education.
