About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join a dynamic and supportive team providing high-quality services to children and families in the Drogheda area. Key Responsibilities
* Advocate for individuals, families, and groups to ensure their voices are heard and needs are met.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate interventions.
* Provide emotional support, counselling, and therapeutic services to individuals or groups.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with Tusla and HIQA regulations and standards.
* Collaborate effectively with other professionals, disciplines, and agencies to deliver coordinated social work services.
Requirements
* CORU registration (or registration in process).
* Degree in Social Work / Social Care or equivalent qualification (required).
* Full driving licence and access to own transport (required).
* Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working within children and family services.
* Ability to provide three written references (educational and/or professional).
* Willingness to complete Garda Vetting prior to employment.
