The Role
My client, an established insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to join their team in Dublin 4. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.
As the Personal Lines Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing policy renewals, identifying new business opportunities and will play a key role in portfolio growth and operational excellence.
Tasks & Duties
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Oversee policy renewals including review, negotiation, and completion.
- Provide expert advice on personal insurance products tailored to clients' risk profiles.
- Respond to client queries promptly and resolve issues effectively.
- Meet renewal and new business targets in line with team objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor market trends and share insights on pricing, service levels, and product offerings with the management team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support product development, training, and efficiency improvements.
- Participate in client meetings alongside senior team members when required.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 – 3 years' experience within Personal Lines.
- Minimum APA Personal Lines or Grandfathered, with up-to-date CPD.
- Strong technical knowledge of personal lines insurance products.
- Experience managing client renewals and addressing insurance queries.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and retain business.
