As they continue to expand their digital delivery capability, we are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and support Digital Project Delivery (DPD) strategy from pre-contract through to handover.

The Role As BIM Manager, you will act as a key technical leader across tendering and project delivery stages.
You will ensure the effective implementation of BIM and digital requirements, supporting internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated, data-rich, and compliant project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Support pre-construction teams by reviewing tender documentation (EIRs, Works Information, etc.) and identifying BIM and digital requirements.
Provide technical appraisal of 3D BIM models for federation, clash detection, logistics planning and cost analysis.
Develop, coordinate and deliver project BEP, MIDP and MPDT documentation, ensuring all parties understand their responsibilities.
Co-lead DPD kick-off meetings to refine strategy and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Mentor BIM Engineers and support their technical development across live projects.
Experience & Qualifications Essential Experience 5+ years working on multi-disciplinary projects aligned with BIM Level 2 requirements.
Strong BIM documentation experience, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven capability using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Lumion and CDE platforms such as Viewpoint or Dalux.
Experience in collaborative, digitally-enabled project environments, ideally within a large contractor or consultancy known for complex project delivery.
Qualifications Relevant third-level qualification in construction, engineering, or a related discipline.
