As a seasoned financial leader, you will be responsible for driving the organisation's financial operations, including payroll, pensions, and cash control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective financial management.
* Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports to inform business decisions.
* Drive the annual budget planning process, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Collaborate closely with department heads on budgeting and financial planning.
* Establish and maintain internal control systems to safeguard financial resources.
* Oversee payroll and time and attendance systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Provide strategic financial guidance to the Senior Management Team and Board of Directors.
Requirements:
* Professional accountancy qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
* Expert knowledge of Sage accounting software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven IT capabilities.
