We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Development Representative that has a hunger and passion to drive new business with an innovative product. This role is fully remote and offers an attractive package.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
2. Contact and qualify potential customers
3. Set appointments and follow up on leads
4. Track progress towards meeting sales goals
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
6. Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
7. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
8. Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Requirements:
10. 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
11. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
12. Strong verbal and written communication skills
13. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
14. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
15. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
16. Time management and organizational skills
17. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

20. Bachelors degree in business or related field

* 40k - 55k basic
* 80k OTE
