Their customers range from small to large organisations, across the greater Dublin area but also nationwide.Salary - €45,000 to €50,000 depending on relevant experience.This is a permanent on-site role for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer located in Dublin 15. The role is hybrid - 3 days in the office (after initial 3 week training period) and 2 WFH.The Level 2 IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration. The role involves handling help desk support tasks, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for multiple customers. Whilst the bulk of the IT queries can be resolved remotely, there is also a requirement to travel to customer sites for project installations, upgrades and therefore, candidates must have a full drivers licence to be suitable for this position.Qualifications & Experience Required5+ years of IT Support experience, working for a MSP (Managed Services Company)Windows Server Support - Installation and MaintenanceTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skills, including Service Desk/Helpdesk duties.Firewalls expertise (SonicWall)Antivirus InstallationGood Networking Skills - TCP/IP, DNS, DHCPExperience in M365/O365 Administration and TroubleshootingProficiency in Help Desk SupportExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsRelevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are beneficialAbility to work effectively in an on-site team environmentBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldCandidates must have a full drivers licence - Company vehicle will be provided to the successful candidate.
