Project Coordinator– Biopharmaceutical
Location:Co. Meath
A leading biopharmaceutical project in Co. Meathis seeking an experienced Project Coordinator / Scheduler to join a high-profile site start-up. This pivotal role involves developing and maintaining a fully integrated Site Portfolio Schedule, aligning multiple project plans from capital investment through to PPQ and commercial supply readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain the Site Integrated Schedule using MS Project and Primavera.
* Lead scheduling workshops and integrate multiple sub-project schedules.
* Monitor progress, track milestones, and produce weekly reporting for leadership teams.
* Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams and global project integration teams.
* Identify scheduling risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 5–8 years of scheduling experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
* Proven background supporting major capital projects, including MES/MBR implementation.
* Proficiency in Primavera and MS Project is essential.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to lead workshops and liaise with senior stakeholders.
* Degree in a relevant scientific/technical field (Level 7 or 8 preferred); PMP qualification is an advantage.
