Transformation Leader
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Leader to spearhead a critical, site-wide digital transformation project. The successful candidate will own the implementation of our new Electronic Batch Record (eBR) and Review by Exception (RBE) systems over a two-year period.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, or Technology is a distinct advantage) and 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or process development environment.
You will lead a cross-functional team to design, validate, and deploy an integrated digital system that will revolutionise our manufacturing records process and contribute directly to the site's digital strategy.
* Drive the End-to-End Implementation: Oversee the eBR/RBE system's end-to-end implementation, from initial planning to final deployment.
* Develop and Manage the Project Plan: Create and manage a detailed master project plan, tracking all milestones and holding team members accountable for delivery.
* Lead Change Management Activities: Drive change management activities, including gathering business requirements, redesigning processes, and building consensus with stakeholders.
* E nsure Compliance: Oversee the system validation process, ensuring full compliance with all Quality and IT policies and procedures.
* Manage Program Finances: Track the program budget and develop financial models to measure and report on the project's return on investment (ROI).
* Communicate Effectively: Provide clear and timely status updates to the site leadership team and Director of Digital Transformation.
* Guide and Mentor the Team: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of internal resources and external contractors in a matrix environment.
Key Requirements:
* A Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
* 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or process development environment.
* Proven experience in successfully planning and executing large-scale, complex projects.
* Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with peers and senior management effectively.
