Job Title: Facilities Manager
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, GMP-regulated environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all site facilities, systems, and services. This will include:
* Plant Management: Ensuring the efficient operation of plant equipment, utilities, and M&E services.
* Capital Projects: Managing vendor contracts, capital projects, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
* Vendor Management: Building relationships with key vendors and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Significant Experience: A proven track record of managing facilities in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC, M&E, BMS, chiller systems, fire protection, and critical utilities.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
