 
        
        The Pricing Manager plays a crucial role in driving profitability and strategic growth within the organisation. This position involves developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that align with business goals.
Role and Responsibilities
 * Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives.
 * Collaborate with commercial, technical and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
 * Monitor and analyze pricing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
 * Prepare and present pricing reports to senior management.
 * Manage pricing software and tools.
 * Ensure pricing policies comply with regulations and company policies.
 * Provide support to the transaction team on modelling and analytics for various commercial aircraft, engines, and airframes including assisting in decisions on sales forecasts and deal financial models.
 * Ensure sale/purchase decisions are made with the aim of achieving company targets for growth, profitability, and performance.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related roles.
 * 2+ years experience in Aircraft Leasing.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.
 * Excellent communication and leadership skills.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
