Key Responsibilities
Assist orthodontists and dental specialists during orthodontic and general dental procedures.
Prepare and maintain surgeries for daily orthodontic clinical use.
Ensure strict cross‑infection control and compliance with hygiene protocols.
Manage instruments, materials, and orthodontic equipment efficiently.
Support patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring comfort and clear communication.
Maintain accurate patient records using Exact or similar dental software.
Coordinate with reception and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
Support patient education regarding orthodontic treatments and aftercare.
Requirements
Education: Qualification in Dental Nursing preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 months’ experience in dental nursing; previous orthodontic experience highly desirable; experience working in fast‑paced clinical environments preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Strong infection control and surgery preparation skills; familiarity with dental software systems (Exact preferred); ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy clinic environment.
Languages: Fluent English, both verbal and written.

Shift Patterns
Morning Shift: 7:30 am – 2:30 pm
Evening Shift: 1:30 pm – 8:30 pm
Permanent full‑time contract, on‑site role at Donnybrook Clinic, 5 working days per week.
