Technical Facilities Supervisor Dublin €60 neg plus pension and healthcareJob PurposeTo manage technical facilities services for a corporate banking client in Greater Dublin areaKey responsibilitiesManage scheduled and reactive maintenance as requiredClient managementManage a team of technical staff – electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, multi-skilled techniciansEnsure all scheduled maintenance is compliant with relevant legislation and audit readyTo act as the primary point of contact for onsite staff within the assigned portfolioEnsure all works are closed out correctly and on timeEnsure that all RAMS, PTW's and service dockets are received and filedEnsure all valid contractors' invoices are approved for paymentEnsure all legal requirements are met across all sites and report if not possibleParticipate in client internal and external audits and risk assessmentsManage technical budgets for relevant siteEnsure client invoices are issued correctly and in a timely mannerProvide clear, accurate, effective reports to client on scheduleOffer value-add to client where possible including alternative solutions to problemsRepresent client in a professional manner Be flexible and polite at all timesWork as part of a teamProvide assistance for other projects when requiredPromote culture and awareness within team of clients site sustainability/energy initiativesImplement site strategies to ensure plant is run in its most efficient mannerLiaise with technical team and sub-contractors ensuring best practice is performedDeliver site initiatives to reduce energy consumptionFlexibility and availability to work overtimeGoal Zero – Embed EHS as a way of doing business.
