We also support a wide range of grant schemes, including CEG, One Stop Shop and the Vacant & Derelict Housing schemes.The RoleThis position sits at the centre of operations, providing essential administrative support and coordination between the design team, engineers, installers, and customers.The role is office-based and full training will be provided.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily office operations and general admin tasksHandle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiriesSchedule meetings, site visits, and internal coordination sessionsAct as a point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, updating them on installation timelines and next stepsCollate all required project documentationHandle basic queries and escalate technical issues to engineersProject Coordination SupportCoordinate between designers, installers, and sales teamsPrepare project customer packsMonitor progress and flag delays or missing informationGenerate reports on pipeline, installations, and performance metricsUpload system details to relevant portalsMaintain accurate records on CRM updating all databases accordinglyStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExceptional communication skills - both verbal & writtenFamiliarity with Zoho CRM systems and Microsoft Office/Google WorkspaceBasic understanding or an interest in learning about renewable energy systems (Solar PV / Heat Pumps /UFH)RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in an administrative coordination role.Previous experience in renewable or construction administration roles is advantageous but not essential.Fluent English - verbal and written.Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Company Pension scheme.Performance related bonus.Bike to Work Scheme.On-site parking.Employee Discounts.Company paid Leave.Further educational support and training.
