Commercial Solutions Architect
A global leader in the protective security services industry seeks a motivated and customer-focused Commercial Solutions Architect to join their dynamic commercial team.
This role combines technical expertise and sales skills to promote innovative products and services while driving customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement:
o Identify and connect with potential customers via calls, networking, etc.
* Solution Selling:
o Explain features and benefits of products/services in a clear and impactful manner.
* Product Demonstrations:
o Conduct technical demos to showcase product capabilities.
* Sales Strategy Development:
o Collaborate with the sales team to create customized strategies and targets.
* Technical Support:
o Provide pre-sale and post-sale support, ensuring seamless product implementation.
* Relationship Building:
o Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients as their trusted advisor.
* Market Research:
o Monitor trends, competitors, and feedback to improve offerings.
* Sales Reporting:
o Track activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the commercial director.
* Collaboration:
o Work with product development, marketing, and support teams to align with customer needs.
Success Metrics
* Generate new customer leads.
* Maintain accurate sales data and reports.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong technical knowledge with the ability to communicate complex solutions to non-technical customers.
* Proven track record in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role (security, IT, or networking industry experience preferred).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market (training provided).
