Working alongside an experienced team, you will deliver excellent service to clients while developing your skills in automation, controls, and engineering systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, repair, overhaul, and upgrade a range of equipment.Perform electrical fault-finding and interpret electrical/pneumatic drawings.Work with packaging machinery, automation, and control systems (IPC, PC, MC controls, Servo, and AC drives).Support robotic systems and thermoforming equipment (training provided).Provide excellent customer service while meeting tight deadlines.Manage workload independently and collaborate with the wider engineering team.Maintain flexibility for occasional weekend work, early starts, or late finishes.Candidate ProfileRecognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship (or equivalent).Relevant qualifications in the service/maintenance industry.Experience with packaging machinery and automation systems.Knowledge of robotics and thermoforming (advantage, training provided).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and hands-on.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Company car, tools, laptop, and phone.Contributory pension scheme.Permanent role with career growth and ongoing training.
