We are currently recruiting a Commis/Junior Chef to work in our busy restaurants in the Galway City area.Applicants must have previous experience of working in a busy restaurant environment and have experience of preparing and serving both hot and cold food dishes. Applicants must have HACCP certification and ideally possess additional related food industry qualifications.Shifts will be mainly day-time shifts for 3 days each week. Duties will involve a combination of food preparation (breakfast, lunch and dinner menus), food service on a hot food carvery/deli counter and general kitchen duties as required.As the work involves a combination of front and back of house work, applicants must be neat and tidy in appearance and have very good spoken English.Interested applicants should submit an updated CV together with details of availability for work.
