You'll play a leading role in organisational development, employee relations, recruitment, and leadership development. This is a varied and people-centric role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:Partner with stakeholders on organisational design and change managementProvide daily HR support and guidance to managers and staffSupport recruitment strategies and onboarding programmesLead performance management processes and identify training needsOversee absence management and employee wellbeing initiativesMentor and develop our HR teamWhat You'll Need:Primary degree in HR (CIPD membership an advantage)3-5+ years' HR experienceEvidence of ongoing CPDStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skillsExperience in change management and ER case handlingStrong IT and admin skills; familiarity with HR systems (Office & AI tools an advantage)Full, clean driving licence (some travel required)Understanding of the Irish healthcare landscape is a bonusAbout You:You're a self-starter with a passion for people and a flair for problem-solving.
