Financial Operations Specialist

* This role involves preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts, delivering financial statements, variance analysis, performance reporting and maintaining general ledger accuracy and integrity.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with operational leadership teams providing financial insight to non-finance stakeholders. The role also involves investigating variances, assisting departments with cost control planning ensuring compliance with accounting standards tax requirements internal controls supporting internal external audits overseeing fixed asset stock reporting reconciliation performing cost profitability analysis monitoring KPIs supporting pricing investment decisions.
