About the Role
The purpose of this administrative support role is to provide a high level of assistance within a specific function, encompassing tasks such as managing parliamentary inquiries, handling representations, processing Freedom of Information requests, monitoring Key Performance Indicators, and overseeing HR, health and safety, and SAP administration.
The post holder will be trained on HSE's IFMS systems, allowing for efficient management of duties. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage parliamentary questions and responses
* Handle representations from various stakeholders
* Process Freedom of Information requests in a timely manner
* Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators to inform decision-making
* Provide administrative support to the HR department
* Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents and audits
* Administer SAP systems to ensure seamless operations
