Established in 2014 and based in Dublin, we operate with a streamlined and highly engaged team.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of our host community and the continued growth of our service.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Success Associate – Host Activation & Growth who will take full ownership of host onboarding and conversion, ensuring new hosts are successfully activated and supported through their first bookings.As a core member of a growing team, you will play a key role in driving both host acquisition and retention, directly influencing Hosting Power's overall growth and service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesHost Onboarding and ActivationReconnect with potential hosts via phone, email, and messaging to complete their onboarding journey.Guide new hosts through registration, verification, and listing setup.Support hosts through their first booking, ensuring a positive and confident experience.Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure timely follow-up on all leads.Conversion and Performance TrackingMonitor and track key metrics such as conversion rates, activation numbers, and host engagement levels.Identify barriers to conversion and propose practical solutions to improve efficiency.Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to optimise host acquisition and activation flows.Customer Success and Relationship ManagementBuild trusted relationships with new hosts, ensuring they feel supported and valued.Provide insights and feedback to improve onboarding materials, processes, and communication.Assist hosts in improving listing quality, pricing, and presentation to maximise booking success.Candidate ProfileRequired Skills and Experience1–3 years of experience in customer success, telesales, hospitality, or another customer-facing role.Proven ability to manage a sales or activation pipeline and achieve conversion targets.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.Strong organisational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Desirable ExperienceExperience in hospitality, property management, or rental services is an advantage.Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.A background in onboarding, customer activation, or community growth initiatives.What We Offer€30,000–€33,000 base salary + €7,000 performance-based bonus (OTE €37,000 to €40,000).A high-impact role with visibility and direct involvement in the growth of Ireland's leading medium-term accommodation provider.A dynamic, collaborative working environment with exposure to senior leadership from day one.Why Join Hosting Power?This position offers a unique opportunity to join a scaling business, where your contributions will have a visible and lasting impact.
