Join us as a Business Implementation Project Manager
This role offers the opportunity to be part of one of Irelands most successful technology solution providers. As a member of a dynamic innovative team, you will be responsible for the growth and success of our ICT and IOT business by delivering very large and complex technical solutions. Your project success will be the driver behind the delivery of revenue and margin growth targets.
Working with the market leading ICT and IOT provider in Ireland, you will be responsible for onboarding, and delivering new customers that can accelerate our business growth in Ireland and internationally. This role requires a passion for detail, planning and working with partners to provide great customer experience and business outcomes. The right candidate will have expertise and proven experience in IOT and ICT complex project delivery.
The Business Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of ICT, Mobile or IOT projects, working closely with pre-sales support, right through to hand-over of the customer solution to in-Life support. This is a role that also requires the person to manage the relationship/experience with business customers during implementation.
What else it involves
* Developing high level customer solutions and supporting pre-sales with presentations and bid.
* Creating a detailed project plan around solution delivery, collaborating with partners, and motivating the project team to ensure "right first time" delivery of projects.
* Liaise with 3rd party vendors to order hardware and connectivity required as part of rollouts.
* Customer relationship - Managing the Relationship / experience with customer during implementation.
* Communication – clear and transparent communication including expectation setting about what is going to be delivered and when.
* Technical expertise / skillset – identify issues and gaps in proposed solution. Experts in the product with technical ability
* Ensure Smooth Handovers to TSD/ in-life and support of devices in-life issues.
* Process improvement – conduct lessons learned once projects are complete and ensure continuous improvement of delivery.
Skills we're looking for
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience within an ICT or Telecommunications environment
* Experience of mobile, fixed or ICT solution delivery.
* Self-starter with a high level of adaptability.
* Excellent communication and customer management skills.
* Problem solving.
* Strong planning and organisational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently as a team player and contribute to team effectiveness.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Flexible worker, travel to customer sites is a major requirement of this role.
