Executive Assistant to Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel
Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland
Job Summary
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to four senior executives and support a team of approximately 13 real‑estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
 * Manage and maintain complex calendars of senior executives, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and deadlines are met.
 * Provide administrative support for a team of circa 13 real estate professionals.
 * Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, visas, ground transportation, and accommodations.
 * Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external teams and stakeholders.
 * Handle correspondence, prepare reports, manage expenses, and provide general administrative support as needed.
 * Organize corporate events such as board trips, investor meetings, and VIP visits, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.
 * Assist with preparation of presentations, proposals, and meeting materials.
 * Prepare for and follow up on meetings, ensuring executives are prepared, taking minutes when necessary, and following up on action items.
 * Act as a trusted partner to senior team members, offering proactive solutions and contributing to company goals by taking on ad‑hoc projects as required.
 * Work with the Administration Team locally and across jurisdictions to streamline office processes and optimize administrative systems.

 * Previous experience providing executive assistance to senior executives.

Key Skills & Attributes
 * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
