Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing front-of-house and back-of-house teams, as well as implementing effective systems for inventory management, customer service, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all stations, kiosks, and hand-held devices are functioning correctly.
* Oversee the implementation of menu changes, including adding or removing items and adjusting prices.
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues, such as rebooting terminals, replacing paper rolls, restarting tablets, and reconnecting Wi-Fi printers.
* Administer staff logins and permissions, ensuring that employees have the necessary access to perform their duties.
* Generate and distribute daily/weekly sales reports to senior management.
* Verify that stock levels in our inventory software match the actual quantities on display, making adjustments as needed.
* Maintain a comprehensive list of all tablets, printers, and kiosks, promptly replacing broken equipment with spare parts.
* Ensure seamless payment processing at all checkout points, including card payments and contactless transactions.
Applicants should possess at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience using computerized till/POS systems, a relevant diploma or degree qualification, and fluency in English and Chinese.
