At PUNCH Consulting, we are seeking a Senior Civil Technician with 5-7 years of experience to join our dynamic Civil Engineering design team. The position offers flexibility to work from our offices in Dublin, Cork, or Limerick.
Job Description:
* The candidate will be proficient in preparing civil infrastructure drawings and details for site development, roads, transportation, and public health infrastructure.
* You will deliver project drawings that meet technical standards in a timely manner, reporting to the project manager.
* You will oversee and check standards on project drawings prepared by Junior Civil Technicians.
* Experience in producing 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D models in Autodesk Civil 3D is essential.
* Site inspections and attendance at Design Team meetings are required.
Desirable Skills and Attributes:
* Higher Certificate (NFQ Level 6) in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and Autodesk Civil 3D.
* Knowledge of AutoTrack and Causeway Flow is beneficial.
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and designs.
* Commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
