Responsibilities:
* Conduct CT scans and other radiographic procedures as required.
* Ensure the accurate positioning of patients and proper operation of CT equipment.
* Maintain high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
* Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to protect patients and staff from unnecessary radiation exposure.
* Process and analyze images, ensuring clarity and accuracy for diagnostic purposes.
* Assist in the management and maintenance of radiographic equipment.
* Keep accurate records of imaging procedures and patient information.
* Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to interpret images and deliver comprehensive patient care.
* Stay updated with advancements in radiographic techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
* Degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
* Valid registration with CORU
* Proven experience in CT imaging.
* Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
* Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 moths after the age of 16).
